Refund policy

Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, nor do we offer refunds.  We will, of course, make reasonable exceptions in the event of defective products.  Photo evidence must be submitted via email to info@duskproductions.org, with a request for return or exchange.  In the event that your request is accepted, customer must return the product before a refund or replacement is issued.
